iFixit has just posted the demolition of Apple Pencil and find something that is considered the "motherboard smallest we've ever seen". Apple Pencil's motherboard weighs just 1 gram and carrying the ARM-based CPU, Smart Bluetooth radio, and other components.

Access the hardware components inside the Apple Pencil not easy, iFixit had to cut the plastic casing after not finding a way to access it.
Inside the plastic casing there is also a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 0.329 tubular Wh 3.82 Volt. The figure is about five percent of the battery capacity iPhone 6s. But Apple Pencil claimed to have a battery life of 12 hours and recharging for 15 seconds gives a battery life of 30 minutes.
iFixit also found that the pressure sensor that carried Apple Pencil has a tiny motherboard which is believed to help identify pressure when the user presses the tip of the stylus to iPad Pro. Apple tip Pencil also has a small metal suspected of helping determine the angle and orientation.
